Our Codes of Conduct

The codes of Conduct describe basics practices and rules during our activities & works within our organization and within third parties.

We aim to ensure everyone’s awareness of responsibility arising from their attitudes and behaviors.

We engage in an honest relationship with our peers and stakeholders while conducting its activities in compliance with the scope of inter/national laws and regulations.

The codes herein are complementing QSHE-Quality Safety Health Environment and SECURITY & CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility policies.

 

Human Rights

We deny all attitudes and behavior in any form against human rights.

 

Forced & Labor 

We deny child and forced labor in any form.

 

Discrimination

We deny discrimination in all forms based on race, sex/gender, age, religion, ethnic background, sexual orientation, or disability.

 

Equitable Employment

We respect, in accordance within the scope of national regulations, the right for & freedom of the Collective Labor Agreement. We provide our employees with various means of education thus contribute to their personal and occupational progress.

 

Safety & Health

We endeavor to minimize and prevent injuries and risk of fatality to ensure safe and healthy working conditions by utilization of the most suitable and modern facilities.

 

Privacy

We respect the privacy of our employees and treat them in compliance with the scope of inter/national laws and regulations.

 

Harassment & Bullying

Sexual harassment, physical & verbal violence in any form is not tolerated

 

Courtesy

We treat our clients, partners & all individuals of our society respectfully and in accordance with the scope of rules of courtesy.  

 

Freedom of Vocational Choice

None of our employees are forced to continue to work for our organization. They are free both to choose any vocation or to terminate their employment in accordance within scope of current laws and regulations

 

Freedom of Association

Our employees are entitled, in accordance with the scope of current laws and regulations, to join unions, to be appointed as union representatives, and to bargain with to secure a collective agreement.

 

Protection of Environment

We follow laws and regulations in relation with protection of the environment.

We endeavor to minimize possible risks to impact on the environment during our activities, pursue a policy on sustainable activities.

Processes to store, transport, re-use, or disposal of wastes are pursued in the consciousness of protection of the environment.

We benefit from and invest in advanced systems and equipment that are found acceptable to inter/national norms & that allow minimizing impact on the environment during our activities.

Our employees are encouraged to actively participate in our efforts to reach the intended targets.

 

Financial Publicity

Data related to financial and operating performances are provided within the scope of laws, regulations, and of codes of commerce.

 

Fair and Complete Manner

We pursue our activities in a fair and complete manner.

All of our clients, service providers, competitors, and employees are treated fairly.

Fraud, misuse, or abuse of private data and similar immoralities are not tolerated.

We do not make deals on price arrangement or any other arrangement with competition to the detriment of our clients’ businesses but only work with our competitors on basis of transparency & accountability.

 

Intellectual Property

We respect intellectual property rights and refrain from espionage.

 

Corruption

We deny in any form of corruption, extortion, bribery, theft, or money laundering

 

Gift

Non-Cash Gift-giving upto maximum 200.- Turkish Lira is allowed and it is regarded not intended to be influential or bribery.

 

Audit, Reporting, and Penalty

Our management, managers, and employees ought to obey the codes of Conduct.

Our management ensures that our employees comprehend the codes. 

We ensure any violation shall be reported by the employee to management or to the selected representative.

General Manager is a trusted party. However, upon demand, a party outside the company may be assigned.

Acts to inhibit or disturb informant of any corruption or violation shall not be tolerated.

In accordance with financial liabilities, we permit auditing our financials.

On the basis of principles of SQAS (Safety & Quality Assessment for Sustainability) & HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Points),  we maintain internal audits based on necessities of corporate social responsibility (CSR) & of food safety.)

Violation to one or several of the Code of Conduct herein, we prosecute under pertinent laws and regulations and take disciplinary or similar measures against the violator.
